Sea Clear Financial Planning, LLC is an independent Fee-Only financial planning and investment management firm located in Sea Girt, NJ. The firm specializes in creating comprehensive financial plans for individual professionals, couples and families throughout Monmouth and Ocean County; Sea Girt, Spring Lake, Manasquan, Point Pleasant, Wall, Brick, and the surrounding areas. Our comprehensive wealth management approach involves discovering client's goals and then incorporating them into six areas of financial planning; cash flow analysis, insurance planning, education planning, investment management, retirement planning and estate planning.

Kelly Trageser is the Principal of Sea Clear Financial Planning, LLC. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and has an MBA in Finance. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mrs. Trageser is a NAPFA-Registered Fee-Only Financial Advisor.

Kelly holds a degree in Economics from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. In 1998, she earned a Masters of Business Administration Degree, with a major in Finance from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in New York. After obtaining a Certificate in Financial Planning from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison NJ, and passing the rigorous CFP Board Exam, Kelly received authorization to use the CFP® marks of distinction, and founded Sea Clear Financial Planning, LLC in 2011. 

Kelly Trageser is passionate about helping individuals achieve their life long financial goals. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends at the Jersey Shore, playing tennis, skiing and traveling to interesting destinations.
